In your mind

You feel a stagnancy

In your mind

Where you know the words

In your mind

But they never surface, they stay

Under the water

Where you feel you’re stuck

And can never come up for air

In your mind

There’s a stillness

Of thoughts waiting to be heard

But your fears

They push you in the impending waves

And all that comes

From your mind

Is a gushing of salty water
