There once as a child who lived a miserable life

Orphaned and bullied, he longed for escape

Thirsty for adventure, he ran away from a loveless town

Deep into the woods, the boy was lost. Starving and alone

The sky was growing darker. Hope beginning to diminish

Suddenly, a portal of light graced the child’s eyes

The light turned shape, forming into a silver door

What was on the other side of that door?

Would he stumble upon another deteriorating wasteland or an island of eternal paradise?

The orphan needed to know.

With little hesitance, he took the chance

With a push, he was greeted with a breathtaking sight

A massive field of long, fresh cut grass. Flowers that shined like diamonds.

Clear, fresh water flowing from streams. Animals peacefully grazing.

Bright blue skies, and pure white clouds floating endlessly
